Type specimen: Wei Zhang & Jian-Wen Shao ZW20160315 resides at ANUB.
Epithet: Named for Qiandao Lake, Zhejiang.
Distribution: Zhejiang, China.
Similar to P. cicutariifolia but larger and with 2-3 superimposed umbels of distylous flowers. This species is biennial, glabrous, with pinnatisect leaves, 3-6 pinnae. Corolla is pink, lobes obovate-elliptic to obovate-oblong, apex emarginate.
