Type specimen: Forrest 16878 resides at Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (specimen E00024445)
Distribution: NW Yunnan, China
Once included in Section Dryadifolia, this species now resides in Section Minutissimae. It resembles P. reptans in growth and leaf, but a closer look reveals leaves which are always tri-lobed. The flowers are exannulate, rose colored with a pale yellow or white eye and a hairy within and without the tube. If you have an image of this species, please contact the webmaster.
