Type specimen: Gauba s.n. 22 April 1936 resides at Botanischer Garten und Botanisches Museum Berlin-Dahlem ?

P. parsana (syn): Mob. ex Wendelbo, in Rech. Fl. Iranica 9:4. 1965., in syn Type specimen: Not specified.
Distribution: W Luristan, Iran

Described as being between P. involucrata (boveana) and P. floribunda. It has smaller flowers than P. involucrata and does not have the glandular hairs of P. floribunda.
