Primula botschantzevii Czukav. & Kovalevsk., Novosti Sist. Vyssh. Rast. 19: 123 (1982).

Section Cortusoides
Type specimen: S. Ju. Junussov 9255 resides at LE and TAD.

Epithet: Named for V. P. Botschantzevio.
Distribution: Tajikistan.

Similar to P. kaufmanniana but with leaves shallowly divided into rounded lobes, margin subcrenulate (not narrow, unequal tridentate divisions), loose umbel, calyx with triangular (not lanceolate) teeth.
